As a criminal defense attorney, I have distinguished myself in the Dallas legal community. I began my legal studies after graduating summa cum laude from Texas A&M University. I then pursued my law degree at SMU Dedman School of Law, where I was a member of the International Law Review, the Student Bar Association, and the Child Advocacy Clinic. My achievements and memberships demonstrate my passion for serving others using the practice of law.
I furthered my development as a legal professional when I interned for state and federal judges. After graduating with honors from SMU Dedman School of Law, I began prosecuting cases for the Dallas District Attorney’s office. With a concentration on DWI cases, I learned firsthand the strategies used by prosecution teams. After developing a strong understanding of criminal law and trial techniques, I became a criminal defense attorney at a well-respected Dallas law firm.
